We don't bundle our services into bronze, silver, or gold tiers. Every engagement is priced by the specific work involved — itemised, explained, and agreed before we begin. Below, we break down exactly how our pricing works, what each service element costs, and why we believe this is the only honest way to charge for time management help.
Most time management consultancies offer three or four pre-built packages. The cheapest one is deliberately thin — it exists to push you towards the middle tier. The most expensive one is padded with extras you'll never use. This model is designed around the seller's revenue goals, not around what you actually need.
At Clear Time Planner, we price each service element individually. You choose what you need. We quote the total. If something isn't useful for your situation, you don't pay for it. If you need more depth in one area, we add it — and you see the line item.
"I'd been quoted £1,800 for a 'premium package' elsewhere. Clear Time Planner delivered exactly what I needed for £670, fully itemised." — D. Hargreaves, Operations Lead, Manchester
Every engagement begins with a complimentary 25-minute diagnostic call. During this call, we identify which service elements apply to your situation. You then receive a written quote listing each element, its unit cost, and the estimated hours. There are no retainers, no rolling subscriptions, and no hidden administrative charges.
If your needs change mid-engagement, we adjust the scope and re-issue the quote. You approve changes before any additional work begins. Our invoicing is fortnightly, with a detailed breakdown attached.
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date for UK-based clients.
All prices in GBP, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Rates effective from January 2025.

Typical individual engagements range from £300 to £900 depending on scope. Team engagements vary. All quotes are binding once accepted — we will never increase the price after agreement unless you request additional scope.
A mid-career professional working 50 hours a week who reclaims 6 hours through better structure gains over 300 hours a year. At a conservative hourly value of £40, that's £12,000 in recovered capacity — from an engagement that typically costs under £700.
We don't sell transformation promises. We sell specific, measurable changes to how you spend your time, priced transparently so you can judge the value yourself.
We talk through your current situation — workload, frustrations, goals. No sales pitch. By the end, we both know whether this is a good fit.
You receive a written quote listing exactly which service elements we recommend, with costs and estimated timelines. You can remove, add, or query any line.
Once you approve the quote, we schedule the work. Most individual engagements run 2–5 weeks depending on scope.
All deliverables — reports, frameworks, templates — are yours to keep permanently. No ongoing subscription required.
If you want continued support, book coaching sessions or written check-ins at the published rates. No pressure, no auto-renewal.
We don't follow a single productivity ideology. There's no universal system that works for everyone — not GTD, not Pomodoro, not time-blocking alone. Instead, we draw from behavioural research, cognitive load theory, and practical workflow design to build something that fits your brain and your role.
Every recommendation we make is grounded in how you actually work — not how a book says you should work. That's why the diagnostic phase matters: it gives us the data to design something realistic.
"Most productivity advice is generic. This was the first time someone actually looked at my calendar, my energy patterns, and my job description before suggesting changes." — K. Osei, Senior Analyst, Bristol
Tell us a bit about your situation and we'll arrange a 25-minute call — no charge, no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so honestly.

About the practice: Clear Time Planner was founded in 2021 by a former operations director who spent fifteen years watching talented professionals drown in poorly structured workloads. We're a small, focused consultancy — not a coaching franchise. Every client works directly with a senior consultant, not a trainee following a script.
We're based in Mills-le-Olson, England, and work with clients across the UK via video and, where practical, in person.
